I've been out of town for a few days and haven't done much work. I'm starting to get tired of working on the Ki-61 and i don't want to stop working on it. I've been working on other small projects but always seem to be working on the Ki-61. I would like to thank lil Bastard for the scheme that's in the image. I've finished the gear (all but the inner doors) and i've added the hardpoints but they need to be moved to the right spot.

As you can see it's really looking good. It has no FM work and no cockpit work since i'm still working on the model.

i'm thinking of just putting the P-51 panel in game to have gauges and then releasing an early beta. I need a break to finish a model i'm working on for another plane and can't do it working on the Hien all the time.

Razer, send that baby to me and I'll position the bodyPoints and you can take your brake.

Damn this plane is really looking good! A few model tweaks still left here and there but you know what they are. I'll have to bodyPoints done by later this evening and then I'll send the SM file back to ya. All I ask is that before you release her as a beta, could you please do the low detail LODs so we can shoot at something other than a mesh? It would also help frame rates. Thanks!

Thanks ArgonV. I think my first real shot at a 3D model for a plane went over well..

Hope the second one goes over even better then this one.

i'm going to go play with that other model.

like i said while i was working on the P-39, Kraft did all the work, i just remapped his model and then finished up the work to get a beta done. Ki-61 is my first model i've ever done that will be released.
