gt Pilot	posted 11-09- 06:09 AM Hi to everyone Ok as a couple of you guys know, I've had a lot of troubles with the releasing my 'loader images package' with about 30 loader-screens. The connection with 'myspace.com' was a mess, so I changed to x-drive (this should work faster for the download). Ok, here we go: 1. go to www.xdrive.com 2. login as 'gterl' the password is 'sdoe' 3. go to the public folder and select the file 'loader_beta10.zip' 4. Select the 'download' button on top 5. Download (about 19MB) and unzip it 6. Read the 'readme' file !!! 7. Have fund with the great artwork!! ..and please don't mess around with the x-drive account (please don't delete the file)!! gt ------------------ GT's HANGAR IP: Logged

Maybe you can convert the pictures to jpeg, so i have a lttle handwork to convert the pictures to tiffis or is it possible to download the exe without pictures, so i can put my own pictures? gt Pilot	posted 11-09- 10:31 AM mhhhm good question redensburger... I tried to modifie the files to jpg. The problem is, that they loose in quality. To me this is a key-criterium for the loader immages. So thats the reason I kept them in tif-format (thats why the file is so big). I will post only the exe's, so they can be downloaded separatly ok? german: tja das problem an der geschichte ist die qualität der loader-images. Dh. in jpg verlieren sie einfach ein bischen (finde ich eigentlich schade, weil die einzelnen bilder doch eh schon zT. vom web sind, und dann noch mehr verlieren). Ich werde in jedem fall mal nur das exe 'rüberschieben' (mit readme) für die leute die ihre eigene bilder haben. cheers/tschüss gt ------------------ GT's HANGAR IP: Logged

Not only Xshit sends full screen ads (never seens anything this arrogant before), but the download keeps crashing after 2MB, and the thing does not allow download managers! My loader screen is in fact the lanc lovers one you posted separately a while back. This leads me to a request - would it be possible to post, in addition to the 19Mb download, the loader screens available individually? I ask because I'm picky about what I like in a loaderscreen so I'd be happier with a smaller download of something I like a lot than a big download of something I like occasionally. gt Pilot	posted 11-10- 02:00 AM Ok guys! What I will do: 1. Post every (33) image as a separate download on my web-site....for all who want to choose. 2. Create a program that let's you decide which image to show, and this randomly. 3. Nat Pilot	posted 11-11- 07:07 AM Hey GT, lookin very good man I have a suggestion if you'd like to take it up, and for others here. I'd be more than willing to host this in a new section of my site for you if you like, what I will also do is create an area for user loader screens, whereby a user could send them to me and I'll post them on my site, each loader screen with a thumbnail so that you can select the ones you want, with full readme files/readme page there shouldn't be a problem. It's just a thought, let me know if you decide that you'd like somthing like that, it will be even better if your next version allows users to add pics to the loader via an ini file or some such, or that the exe gets the pics list from a text file. ~Nat~ IP: Logged
