Now, don't get your hopes up, i just need any and all info anyone can send me. I have a pic of the panel, but more shots of the inside would be great. Plus any and all info on the plane would be great..------------------ Tony "Razer" Martin "Making SDOE a dangerous Place, One plane at a time!" Watch your magazine shelf for Flight Magazine's *BOMBERS* special edittion magazine Nov 13ish. One of the bullets consisted of a complete He-111 detail section.IP: Logged |

Hey, Razer, I've been inside the only remaining German-built He-111, a H-21. 'Twas a tight fit, but I got in! Shee-it, is it a small and uncomfy interior. If you want, I might go to the museum some day (it's quite a long way) and snap some shots, errr... I mean take some pics of everything.IP: Logged |

Aladar, This couldnīt be an original cockpit with all these english written instruments. So itīs not so easy to say, wich parts of the cockpit are realy original or not. Rendsburger

Yeah, it's a Spanish C.2111, because it has got dual control, and the panel that should have been in the roof of the cockpit is instead at the 'usual' place above the pilots' legs.[This message has been edited by semmern (edited 11-01-2000).] IP: Logged |

LOL look at you guys go... and to think that before I joined the sdoe community I hung a Griffon Spit behind a Bf109E as a part of a larger, "historically accurate" scene from over 1944 Germany. Now I walk into my room and cringe. Werner ------------------ Visit Abbeville Field Today! IP: Logged |

I think it was Bryan R. that was going to tackle this a while back. I think he had a fair bit of it modeled too.Has anyone approached him for his files ? Might save a bit of work that's all. Cheers, ------------------ AGAS 5 IP: Logged |

The control panel did not go all the way across. Those are not pictures of a real He111, it is a CASA 111 it is a Spanish version of He111. The engines are spanish made... But it is a very close representation. ------------------ jg300_hartmann@juno.com IP: Logged |
