Well, someones got to start it right?

First off, so far looking good! Lets see, where to start...

The 3d model: Looks good! But at some angles some faces dissappear. Especially when looking at her nose on. Hope these are sorted out. There are a number of spots. I know no cockpit works has ben done to a great extent, so I'll skip over that. Although I would like to see a moving joystick and landing gear levers please. There are also gaps here and there... but you knew that already Razer eh?

No FM work has ben done (Said so in the readme) So I cant comment on that.

I get NO CTDs when shooting at her or me crashing the heck out of her. Thats a VERY good thing!

To me the wings look a wee bit too long... (Not too much, just a wee bit) But then agian that could be just me. Could you double check that just to be 100% positive?

The DOFs need work. (You knew that agian)

I really cant comment too much on anything else as most of its not done or hasnt ben done yet.

Ooo... I would suggest making a Jap pilot for her. That would be kewl. Like maybe have a scarf around his head and little things like that.

1. Gaps: Yes, i know, it's still alpha.

2. Wings to long: As i have to remind Pachy everytime he looks at a screen shot, The wings aren't to long, they just haven't been put in the right spot. If you remove the scheme and put the template scheme in, you'll see that the gear is no where close to the fuse. The inside of the gear should touch the fuse. Plus the wings are way to high.

3. DOF: Only DOF work i have done is on the cockpit.

4. Pilot: Yes, as soon as i get some good images of a japanese pilot, He'll be shooting you down.

5: framing: Still has a lot of tweaking to look right.

I should be finished up some of the modeling this week. Maybe have a new build by sun, with some updates.

Are you using the same texture mapping?

I was working on some skins for the last version, but they weren't lining up right so I put them on hold.

if your talking about the last version i released, it really didn't have texture mapping. it used the he100 mapping and that was the first plane ever built for SDOE and no one know anythnig about plane making.

This Ki-61 has a new model, a ton of other new stuff, and completely new texture mapping for great schemes. email me at razlude@bellsouth.net and i'll send you a copy. I have an unfinished scheme in there i've been playing with, but the mapping templates are in the zip.

Razer, ahh.... (relief) that would explain the long looking wings alright! Hope to test the new build when that has ben completed. One question... what damge techniques are you going to use for her? With all the new enhancements... Id figure we better start putting them on the planes now or we'll have WAY too much caching up to do.

Cheers!
