Problems seeing all servers

Snickers Pilot	posted 10-17- 12:25 PM A friend can only see 4 servers. Of the ones he can see he cant get into the lobby. I know there was an issue a while back but I don't recall any clear resolution or fix. This is a brand new install with the current online standard.... Tailslide Pilot	posted 10-17- 01:20 PM Have him go into one of the servers he CAN see and host/play a game. Somewhere along the line a new hostlist will get downloaded to his machine and all will be well. TS IP: Logged
Mighty General	posted 10-17- 03:47 PM Apparently, that function has been broken for awhile on the Activision side. There's a file somewhere on Simfiles that includes all of the servers. We're supposed to download the list at the initial server screen. In the background we connect to the first server and ask it for the list. IP: Logged
Snickers Pilot	posted 10-17- 04:27 PM Once he finally got into one of the servers the lisy downloaded.... Problem was, went he went into one of the 4 he saw there wer no lobbies shown.... Something happend somewhere because all of a sudden a lobby appeared. Once he flew on line, the server list was downloaded. Thanks guys ------------------ Snickers =FC= IP: Logged
