We have had an influx of newbies to the sim lately and they all come on-line with a missmatch even though they have followed the on-line standard to the letter. To the letter is the problem though as the readme for 5.3b asks the user to download to their Fighter Squadron directory when it should say FS/media. Can all that post and supply this patch please go in to the readme and change.

Your wrong Bulldog..........

I have installed this 5.3b many times and it always works correctly. The self extractor from the Zip automaticaly installs the necessary items to the Media folder. Make sure to check mark the ALL FILES box and then unzip to the FS folder as instructed by the readme file.

If you were to install each file individually or unzip to a temporary folder then you would need to install the proper files directly to the Media folder.
