I GOT A JOB! I know I probably should have buried this in the off-topic section, but the thanks due would never reach their intended targets. I've been selected to train as a Naval Flight Officer in the United States Navy, and I report for Officer Candidate School at Naval Air Station Pensacola, Florida in mid-November. This is a nasty thirteen week affair that'll be the first hoop of this career, and I won't be able to do much of anything else either on or off-line. I'm to say the least, looking forward to it in a good way. I'd like to thank pretty much any regular on this board, the vibe going on here is one of the most positive and productive ones I've ever seen. Thanks to those who've picked up the torch and finished the P-39 project, Razer, you know who you are. To all those others whose tireless toil has provided the rest of us with hours of fun and wonder, thank you. Check your six, guys! I sure will. FLY NAVY!Kraftwerk IP: Logged |

That's great to hear Kraft, i wanted to do that too but was sidelined do to eye problems. So i op'ed to not join and just stay out. Remember that the carrier is bigger then it really looks on final. I wish you luck on all future endevers and i will have a fully finished P-39 when you return, i'm sure we will all be here if not with SDOE, but the next OP game in line.
