Well, currently there are two French WWI planes. (The Morane N which needs a French skin and the Nieuport 17) and one Aussie plane. (The Beaufighter 21)Jedi is making a Aussie Spit with the sand covers and Pachy is making a French version of the Spit. Im going to copy/paste/rename a few existing planes and put the wonderful Aussie and French schemes on them.  IP: Logged |

If you want real Italian planes, get in line behind me. If you just want something to tide you over try Gterl's and my Italian fakes. A while back Pachy posted an awesome Dewotine skin for a Spitfire, if no other French WW2 planes surface soon that will have to do. IP: Logged |

Pachy, why so mad? Thats friggin awesome! In fact I think Im going to have a heart attack.  Are you going to release you French Spit as well?Oh BTW, when tripods filemanager stop being stupid, I'll release the French Hurricane. I just completed it. So expect that one anytime! IP: Logged |

Whats next now that the French Navy Lancaster and the French Hurricane are out? Hmm... I think I'll use Pachy's beautiful P-39 French skin and do a copy/paste/rename of that to be under France. Sounds good? I read in the France squads section that the GC I 5 and the GC III 6 squadrons used the P-39. We wouldn't want to dissapoint them fly boys now would we? IP: Logged |

Hehe guys, this was not anger but "positive aggressiveness". They will have to add a special icon for this.To the point: today's D.520 progress report. The external 3D model is about 60% done, and I got bored with fuselage and wings today so I modelled the not-so-famous OPL-RX39 gunsight, known as the "lanterne". Here's a pic of it, installed on a Yak for means of testing.
In fact the Yak and the D.520 have a lot in common, the Klimov engine being a derivative of the Hispano-Suiza 12Y series. The Yak is only lighter, more powerful, more reliable and has better weapons IP: Logged |

Well, I just released the Aussie Mosquito. Expect a P-47D in a French scheme soon! Gosh isnt Nations 2 great?!?!? I hope real French and Aussie planes come soon... But they did fly American and British aircraft in their own paint schemes so these are realistic addons! Enjoy! IP: Logged |
