Ok I recently removed SDOE from my computer to my bros to make room for Flanker 2. Just before I did that I installed the Pe-2. Then the graphics went bad. The ground has gone all weird, flashing and shimmering and staying black for different times. The sky is ok and so are the A/C but the ground and units have gone mad.

The things is that it works fine on the other computer. I can't use that one to play so I have a problem. I have deleted both cache files but still no joy.
I really don't want to re-install because that would give a heart attack at the age of 17.

Someone please help.

Thanks

Snake

That has happened to me to at times. Just delete all of your cache files in your media folder.

cache.tex
sdoecache.tex
clut.cac
cache.dir
sdoecache.dir

I did this and it fixed my probs. Delete them (don't empty your recycle bin right away though in case you want to restore them if it doesn't work). But it did work for me. Next time you run the game these files will be recreated and all should be fine.

I already tried deleting cache files but that didn't work. It was affecting a fresh install as well.
I installed the drivers off the Win98 CD and that fixed it.

Thanks for your help.
