Yes, ther was, it was Poland (Polish Air Force). Under the wing of RAF.
PAF in the UK was an independent force (such it set a precedence - first time in British history a foreign forces stationed on British soil, the Yanks invaded later ), it had it's own (Polish) regulations, pilots, ground crew, aircraft and land installations. All (including the materials and ammunition/bombs) paid for from Poland's gold reserves deposited in Canada. Obviously, tactically and strategically PAF was tied to the RAF. All the units and the command had liaison staff.

Altogether there were 14 Polish RAF squadrons in WWII.
