Spanky here... Hi guys, theres tons of planes that have been started and never finished. I was just wondering what some of them were and if they are up for grabs. Not for me but I'm thinking someone one might realize that it would be cool to finish off a certain plane. IP: Logged |

I'm back full flow into the A10 again now, so the SAAB AJ37 Viggen is on a sideline, if anyone wanted to take it on I'd be glad to pass it over, if not, I'll get back to it when I have a spare moment.~Nat~

How about a Do 17z? The B-29 could use some exterior work and lower lods. I can't do more with it until I get the oustside done. Ac3D bites at cutting holes in things.IP: Logged |

Working on the B-29 gets me erked after a while - aligning the dual gear is a pain, I keep seeing places that need completed, the damaged parts need adjusting, resized, and redone, the DM needs tweaking, the cockpit needs done, and a few dozen other things. I am having fun with the Wimpy - much easier to work on so far - all the holes are sqare  . That will last until I start messing with the turrets and the opennings for them.I don't have nearly enough data to begin tweaking the Do17z into a semi-complete model. IP: Logged |

Whirl-Just wanted to commend you for your persistance with the B-29. I can imagine it is a daunting task with its size and features. (I guess that is why there are few if "one" actually flying these days in the real world). I look forward to seeing it in the SDOE skies someday. ------------------

I hope to start working the Dauntless again sometime this week. But if someone is dying to work on it, be my guest. I have plenty of little projects clamoring for attention
