Since NAT has done a great job on this plane, i figured i'd post the these images to show the Hog in action. First image was "Hog One" and "Hog Two"(me) and "Hog Three" is pulling up the rear behind me. As you can see, Hog One has just release 6 MK-84's which by the way, Hit right on target at about 10,000ft. The AI is great at bombing in the A-10. Second image is "Hog Two"(me) RTB. "Hog One" was hit and smoking from engine two and crashed short of the runway. "Hog Three" Lost most of it's left wing and crashed near a small town. Intel reports he is ok. NAT, you've done a great job so far. Keep it up! [This message has been edited by Razer (edited 09-22-2000).] IP: Logged |

Thanks Razer! You've been a massive help though don't forget that, as has Pete Hawk, but most of all Tom (My test pilot) I'm hoping it wont be long before I can release it, I'm trying to wait till I have everything I need (loadout) and that it's as good as possible, I don't wanna be upgrading to much cause I know it causes problems.Beautiful pics though Tony, the interest in the A10 and my first aircraft has been great ~Nat~

Well guys, when can we fly that beauty? Dang it looks good. Nat, did my "parts" make it in there or is that your handywork? Razer, that bottom pic is just fantastic! It looks so great among the clouds. Be proud Nat, it's a fine machine [This message has been edited by Pete Hawk (edited 09-22-2000).] IP: Logged |

Pete, I found what I'd done to make my model so high in Polys, so I after a little rework I got the count down to almost the same as the one you sent me, so the plan right now when OPS will let me is to set your model as 2nd level with a fairly early swtich in, and another model I found with an extremely low poly count will be 3rd level.I wont officialy release the A10 till I manage to get the 2nd and 3rd level LODs in there, everything other than that is supreficial tweaks that most wouldn't even notice but I do. Thanks for the good comments guys IP: Logged |

Didn't I say WAY back that we should just do an A-10 Gulf sim with this fine OpenPlane? I'm so glad to see the idea is finally catching on. With the new generated interest in all this I will continue to crank out new jets for it.Are there any volunteers who would like to take on the Me-163? No kidding, as long as RoadToad doesn't mind, I do prefer doing the modern jets in the spare time I have. IP: Logged |
