I think that you wanted to show off some of the accomplishments of SDOE. However, it was presented in a way that caused the EAW crew to defend themselves and the sim that they enjoy (just as we would).

My point is that to say that one is better than the other is like saying that green apples are better than red...it is a matter of taste. We make personal choices as to which we like best and that is why we defend them...they are personal choices.

I am saying this to you as your friend and Allied. I think you should apologize over at the EAW board.

I must say that new information presented properly is very welcomed. When I read a few posts over here about the advances that EAW has made, it made me want to try it again. When the Janes WW II guys posted here to see if any of us could help them advance I was glad to see that we all have the same thing in common.

In conclusion, I will still consider you my friend even if you don't apologize, but I firmly believe that your intention was to show other people what SDOE can do so that they may want to try it (again). That didn't happen.

I want you to know that I am proud of your many accomplishments and I want you to be recognized with honor and represent SDOE for those accomplishments.
