Alright, Crimson Skys just came out at my EB. I was REALLY thinking of getting it, but thought i'd ask you loyal flight simmers . So, is it fun? How long does the game play last? Can you take screenshots? What % rating would you give it?

Yes, it's pretty darned fun! I wanna give it a high rating I do. And you know what, there really isn't anything I can think of that is negetive about it. It's a very well rounded "popcorn" -ish type sim. Not all that realistic but yet has a good feel to it and is just very fun. Since it's Microsoft I have to give it a 9. The graphics, sound, and voices are very well done. It's worth checking out. Some people complain about long load times but I really don't think it's bad at all.

Just finished my second mission and second death

its great so far. yeah loading can be a bit long but it doesn't bug me cause its the same as SDOE

Graphics are great

Damage is pretty good, no instant deaths from touching the ground


SOund and stuff are great.

ANd it runs smooth on medium settings at 800x600

good cockpits and hat views supprised me too cause i thought alot of the target audiance were going to fly from outside but its a little close to the plane for that until i find some zoom buttons.

If ya got the money pick it up, if ya don't its on the net somewhere

Actually a couple places, and don't forget the movie fix.
