At 8am this morning, I was let go at my job as webmaster for ANT.com. What does this mean for you guys? well simply means i'll be spending all my time on getting a new job and or moving back home.As of right now, all projects i was working on or plan to work on are on hold. The Hangar is moving to a new server in a few days, though i don't know which day. I'll create a junk folder on the server and upload all the stuff i've been working for anyone that wants to pick up any of the projects. sorry for the problems guys, it seems like i never finish any planes. ----------------------- Tony "Razer" Martin Fs Hangar.com [This message has been edited by Razer (edited 09-05-2000).] IP: Logged |

Tough break razor. I worked in the computer industry for 17 yrs and had that happen to me 3 times. I gave it up for something more stable. I opened my own real estate company instead.Life is much better now.

Sounds a lot like my plane history, Razer They probably found someone cheaper (their little brother bought a HTML book). Anyways, you'll be back in action in no time, these breaks are good for redirection.IP: Logged |

That sucks Tony.Don't feel too bad. My first job in the games industry is/was a bust as well. I wound up wasting my precious summer working for free. I haven't been paid in two months and I had to max out my credit card just to pay for my tuition. It was definitely a very, very bad experience. You should be able to bounce back. IP: Logged |

I have had that happen to me on more than one occasion and somehoe it was never any fun. Just once cant there be a character building experience that is enjoyable?Look at www.wonderware.com and check their job listings I dont know what the current status is, but last I knew they had an opening for web design.... ------------------ Snickers =FC= IP: Logged |
