OK boys'n girls ... Looks like I'll be releasing an updated version of the F-86 Saber sometime this week.New/updated things: 1.) Working and very functional airbrakes.
2.) Small details (pilot tube, stall fences and fuel pylons).
3.) DanW's awesome release skin!
4.) visable gear-door holes.
5.) FM is making reasonable headway.
6.) semi-working shadow (works on some surfaces and not others).
7.) External droptanks Left to do: 1.) FM..FM..FM ... and then more FM.
2.) Damage-modeling
3.) fix the shadow? (very low priority) So without any further rambling ... here's some pics to drool over:

Zur,They look great mate A good mate of mine in Sydney has a book on the CA-27 Sabre, so he sent me some stats on its 30mm cannon ......So for when the time comes ...

Zur, lol I noticed it (Saber instead of Sabre) but forgot to say anything about it.... slipped my mind. DOH! I even went out of the way to change the Loadout.ppf file. LoL! Im such a crack head. Zur,Noticed that spelling too ....sorry ... Glad that info was of help.... Forgot to mention.... the 30mm had Ball and HE ammo ....I guess you'd call this load out HE because combined with that ROF it really makes a mess of things..... I've got some contacts in the RAAF so I'll try and dig up some correct figures on the 'gunWeight' & 'gunWarhead' for both Ball and HE ammo. Cheers, AGAS 5 IP: Logged |
