Does anyone have an idea how long the runways are in SDOE? I want to make sure that I am not loosing my mind by trying to get the B-29 airborne in too short of length.

Also, I am looking for the assistance of some hole wizards to cut some circles into the B-29 for the observer/gunner positions. I tried doing it by hand and it was less than an exciting ordeal. Once the hole wizards get done, I can finish LODing the thing, and start detailing the guts/crew spaces.

The runways are all different lengths if I remember correctly. What you should do is open the airfield.sm and look for the runway property lists. Each list contains the coordinates of the four corners of the runway

You could always build a "ruler" object that is attached to your aircraft and position it at the start of the runway then read the length of it
