These would be nice to fly Ju 52, Fi 156 Storch and some seaplanes.

Dont think so. Besides, Sea Planes would be a waste of time (no offense snickers).

For now Aladar they would be. But if the code guys get water working I'm sure the demand would be great for seaplanes.

yes, this is definately a code issue, what really needs to happen is for water and wood to be recoded so that damage isn't passed from water to wood, and also that wood can't pass through water, and that would be the whole of the problem solved.. sounds good, but how easy that is I have no flippin clue

Now I'm speaking out of TOTAL ignorance here but, what if the property for the floats was water? Could it still land on water? Could the property change once the plane was airborne? Just a bunch of stupid questions but, I've never heard them answered before.

Oh, Nat, I'm almost done with the shoreline.

Back in Feb I spent about 3 solid days (during my month off) trying to get the PBY to land on water. I had no luck and experimented with everything I could dream up. It's definitely a code thing that needs changing.

Me and Spanky (the mad dog?) were Team Ju52, but due to spanky having major problems on his PC with software and so on and due to my lack of experience (way back then) it came to a halt!

I was goi9ng to start it up again but I don't know...anyonw want to take over feel free if spanky doesn't mind...

Spanky here...

Go ahead. I'm going to play with it a bit. But i sure wouldn't count on it adding up to a finished plane. I'm just going to lightly take some stabs at it for now. I don't have the time to jump right into it.

Now that we have HMS Ark Royal we should have one of these, shouldn't we?

Hey Dauntless, I've mentioned loads of times how much I'd love to see a Swordfish.. hell I'd even do more work on a torp if I knew we were getting one.

It's a big wish of mine to see this classic naval aircraft in the game.

I was going to make a swordfish, (as i'm good with WW1 models etc) but the swordfish has an od front section and just seems a tad fiddly

However, if team swordfish was made up....

(Going way back to the second post...) No offense taken. Actually this is one of the reasons work on the the PBY hasnt advanced that fast, although it does make a nice plane to attack Nats ships with .

I have heard (and thought of) many ideas that sound like they will work. But its like trying to build a perpetual motion machine.....
