does anyone have this book? I'm thinking of ordering it but i need to know if it has some P-39 and B-25 photos..

Yes, it has both.

Why not check your local library. I don't know what this book costs in the US but it was $45 Cdn and that is pretty steep.

Kopper has an excellent suggestion checking your local library.
Your Reference Librarian usually can obtain books for you in a couple of weeks time. Having done research, I've used my library's service lots of times.

You'd also be amazed at what else you can find at a library.
Can you say "patent drawings". You can usually find these at larger libraries that have them on microfilm.
You can find 3-view type drawings for the most unusual aircraft you've "never" seen.

That book is at my library. I'm pretty sure someone on this board has them all scanned and sitting on a hard drive somewhere. Its a decent book but thats not cheap. Just borrow it from the library and scan it or find the person with them.
