Ok, it seems that most everyone is having shadow problems. More than half of the planes released have screwed up looking shadows. I know there is no easy way to do shadows but I do have a helpful idea. Hopefully the shadows on all the planes will be fixed by the next plane pack release. To do a good shadow just do what the WWI guys do... Make one whole shadow and use it. Do NOT make many shadow pieces and try to line them all up. That is where the problems arise and thats time consuming.

So what are your inputs about this idea? Any problems with this idea? If not please use the idea! The shadows will look sooo much better.

Well Argon, then when you lose part of your plane, when you get back (if) you have a shadow for a part that isn't there! Like you have three engines left on a b17 and the shadow shows four.

And who is going to notice that? My idea would still look better than what we have now. Also, no one complains about that problem with the WWI planes when lets say a wing or tail gets ripped off... and the engines arent supposed to detach anyhow. Thats super unrealistic.
