Something to think about(I read it somewhere): The muzzle flash was so great that the pilot lost site of the target.

All we need now is the big bulge on the nose and it's there. Is there any way to model the recoil of this beastie? The germans fitted the 50mm to a few planes ( Ju88, Hs129 ) and it never worked that well. The recoil did horrible things to the airframe! Still, if people will go making stronger B17's the Luftwaffe will keep building these things!!!!!!!!!! IP: Logged |

21 Yes, the recoil can be done, now it just vibrates the plane a bit when fired. Someone wanted to do a 57mm gun on a Mossie(with full recoil) but its a lost project. That is not MY skin! I just sent whatever was in the texture file at the time I zipped up my plane. Regretably, I forgot which artist this skin belongs to. Great looking bird...1 shot 1 kill!IP: Logged |

This skin is one of the beauties DanMN (not to be confused with DanW) gave us before he left. My favorite Spit skin ever is still his "Black Panther", and he has a couple of terrific Mustang skins also. They're at the hangar.IP: Logged |
