Strange, I never had texture-probs like that on the Ju 188. The texturing on the bomb-bay is inherited from the Ju 88.
BTW, the Ju 188 has a correctly textured vertical stab that you need for your Mistel.

How do I apply the correctly textured V-stab? and does anyone else have this problem? Royohboy, are you running in D3d or Glide? Im running in Glide (V3 does a wonderfull job with this game in Glide so if its D3d I hope it can be fixed with Glide)

It's not a texture problem, it's a lightning problem. Edit the LODs in AC3D with the "show normals" option, you'll see a lot of normal pointing inwards where they should be directed outwards. This is quite painful to fix, you have to cut-away all the problematic surfaces, flip the wrong normals, then merge and re-optimize vertices.

Royohboy I hope you can fix this. The Ju-188 is such a great plane to fly! Especially when torpedoing the HMS Hood and Ark Royal.

Argon, I'm running in D3D, and I have never experienced texture probs like those on the wings. It also was in none of the bug-reports I got. I can't fix what I can't see on my computer.

As for copying the vertical stab: Use Hippie's tools to dissassemble the Ju 188 (with smd), in the resulting html-file look up the number of the part you want. Open this one in a text editor, edit the textures to match the one you want, and import the LOD to your Mistel in OPS. If you don't know your way around hand-editing LOD's there's a good tutorial on SV's site.

I'll try in D3d and see if I dont get the texture problems. Does your graphics card do glide?

Nope, it doesn't do glide. It's a cheap NVidia on-board chip that came with the IBM Aptiva computer I'm running.
