Another great article/report by a very much under appreciated, and unheralded member of the SDOE community.You have shown once again, that even when writing an article in your second language, you out write most of us, while we struggle to come close to your skills in our first, and usually, only language. Well at least I can identify the 262 and P51 in the mid air collision. Werner and myself. This was a lag collision and I know both of us would have preferred a clean kill one way or the other as opposed to a lag crash...Excellent article. ------------------

I'll second that snickers, that was no good.  The dogfight was just getting interesting and then 'kaboom'! I can also id another pic, that one of the 262 blowing up the jet that had ditched in allied territory (dover)... The strafee is Yellow and the (reluctant) strafer is me.
