I recieved an email from Commander Razor this morning. He regrets that circumstances prohibit him from fullfilling his duties as Commander of Allied Forces. He is looking for a replacement, and has a canidate in mind. However since we are pressed for time, and have a certain amount of prep work that has to be complete by today, The War Department has appointed Sparky as the Emergency Interim Commander of the Allied Forces. I feel certain Commander Sparky will do a fine job until a new Commander is appointed, and I also would recommend the New Commander (who ever he is) use Sparky's counsel until he feels up to speed with all the necessary duties of the job. -PR

As a addendum to that; any Allied Pilots who have registered and do not yet have the password to the Allied Forum, please contact me either via email - mrcynic@pacbell.net - or ICQ Active List or ICQ # 39751782 and I or the Interim Commander will get it to you.The forum is where all info will be exchanged until a new Commander can be named, so I urge you to check it often. It will be a bit of a scramble to get things ready to start, but from what I see, the Allies have some of the best pilots it has ever been my pleasure to fly with. I will be assisting Sparky a bit in the prep, but will not be flying, so we need your help to get organized quickly. Thanks!! ------------------
