IP: Logged Von Pilot posted 06-10- 04:20 PM                I have found if you have a program like "Black Ice" (a anti-hacking firewall software) it will block attacks or what it thinks is an attack, and prevent you from logging onto the server giving you a 9999 ping rate. you can with most software of this type set it to ignore a particular IP address so it will log on to that IP with no problems. The idea in these type of programs is to record and block IP addresses that seem to be attacking your system, playing SDOE online the server sends a ping back to keep the connection going for hosted and non-hosted games. Now I don't know if this is your problem but I had the same thing and this was the answer for me. IP: Logged
