I think the invert on the mouse may be for flying a bomber in the bombardier position.
as to your "at work problem" go to Keyboard.inp, scroll to inpStickXAnalog = MouseAxisX and change that to JoyStickAxisX
Do the same for the Y Analog; JoyStickAxisY
While your there go down to (Other Flight Controls) type in a line, cmdCanopyToggle =Q
That way you can open your canopy on some FM's; P-47, F4u, and most of the German AC etc. I hope this helps, if you get stuck re-post the problem and I'm sure that someone will respond...
