Heya, here is a quick skin I did yesterday, just put the finnishing touches on it.
It's the painted after the NASM P-51. Its named "Willit Run?". Its got the yellow and black checker board colors of the 351st Fighter Squadron, 353th Fighter Squadron, Eighth Air Force. This unit, stationed at Raydon, Suffolk, England, was assigned to escort bombers sucj as "Thunder Bird" on missions deep into Germany. Here is a pic, the top one is a earlier pic without the writting. Now I gotta say the texture mapping sucks on this plane, the rear stabalizers are connected to the right lower wing, there just happened to be an american symbol right where I needed a white spot. Thats why the american symbol on the wings are smaller than normal.

I dont know how to post a file on any site of mine, so if anyone wants it give me a e-mail or site to submit it to. Enjoy.

P.S. If you see this Kamakaze this is how good your He111 might look.

Nice one Sebulba.

"Now I gotta say the texture mapping sucks on this plane, the rear stabalizers are connected to the right lower wing"

Mate, I'm certain this was fixed on PP 5.3/5.3a. I'm (still) in the process of updating my P51d skin because of this.

Cheers,
