If I do Razer then the file names and path will have to be exact. Info needed: Aircraft folder and user paintable tif or tifs. Whatever will go into downloadable skins later on. I don't have any info on the P51B, feed it to me.Update: A36 and P80b added. ------------------ IP: Logged |

No Himdog, in another thread I mentioned the problem with some planes using the same names for parts, a few planes were left out unfortunately. If the designers were to rename the main tifs to separate them from other planes using the same name it would be fine. At least we have the bulk of them in Chameleon at the moment.------------------ IP: Logged |

Questions:The I16 is no contest plane, so it is not developed in Chameleon Contest Edition ? Should I rename the .tif´s in the next update to keep it compatible with Chameleon ? What is the status of the ppf util ? Thank You LK IP: Logged |

Laika, the title is misleading but it isn't contest planes only. I've also added the range of 109s etc so your plane is certainly welcome to join the list. I need the I16 tif names and aircraft folder that they are placed in. The tif names needed are only the main body parts that become downloadable skins, not the gauges/wheels etc.The ppf util is waiting on what direction the plane designers will take, the util is no good unless there are going to be single line ppfs or txt files added to future plane zips for the users to add to their startup.ppf. Only one person has told me he will include this in current or future planes. You can lead a horse to water.....

Nice ! I would be glad to see the I16 supported in Chameleon. These are the (old) tiffs: ..\media\aircraft\I16\textures\Fuse.tif ..\media\aircraft\I16\textures\Wings.tif I´m not the only one who uses such odd names right ? I could rename them to I16Fuse and I16Wings if this is necessary. Just tell me ! PPF util ? YEAH ! Of course I will use it when it is out !!! Makes it much easier to release planes with new weapons, airfoils etc. for the builder(s) - and the install/use for the users.

Thanks Laika, changing the names to I16Wings.tif and I16Fuse.tif would be perfect. If that's ok I'll add that to chameleon while you change them. On the ppf util, if you add your "aircraft/airfoils/I16.ppf/sm?" line to a txt file or preferably a I16.ppf file then your plane zip is ready to use with the ppf manager. That's all it needs, including the quotes too. Of course, if only two use this convention it will cause confusion if we have two 'standards'. cheers ------------------ IP: Logged |

There are now two versions of Chameleon, English and French. Thanks to Luny for translating the gui and helpfile/readme.txt. Waiting on the beta testing results before release. cheers
