I changed engines damage model, so now you have different colored smokes to display level of damage. It goes from dirty white to black.

There are smokes for 10%, 30%, 50%, 70%, 90% and 100% of damages.

Also, each step of damage may cause a critical failure as follow:
- engine explodes
- engine takes fire
- engines is out of order and stops

and... engine loses horse power more and more.

Nothing serious, just a little bit more realism.

Warning: do not use it online to avoid plane mismatch, this is for testing only and is not an official release.

Installation: create a folder called ju88a4 in media/aircraft directory and unzip the files into it. Backup any file that may be there before.
