Hey all, Ive got a sidewiner 3d pro and wanna get the hat to pan. Now the trouble is the software for the stick wont let me assign an input using the Shift key and any of the directional view keys on the number pad but a combination on the the rest of the keyboard is possible. So my question is can I reassign the snap view commands ie: "8" "2" "4" and "6" to an unused key on the keyboard via the keyboard.ini file and then use the software to assign the input of Shift and any of the modified keys without stuffin up the keyboard.ini file or whatever it is called? I spose I could just backup the ini file anyway.... Yep i'll give 'er a whirl.Maybe answered my own question really.Sorry.. hehehe

Jack, have you tried using the mouse for panning? Even with the shift key the SW Pro panning is slow. It's as fast as your hand movement when using the mouse.
