Does anyone have pictures of or a link to pictures of a P80 cockpit. Photo's of this beautiful ship are so hard to come by on the net.

I think MS Combat Flightsim has a user created P-80 with a good BMP of the cockpit. I'll be happy to e-mail you the bmp of the cockpit if you want me to. It's pretty accurate.IP: Logged |

Pang, I have a good shoot of a Lockheed F-80 Shooting Star. I don't know it they are the same. I will email it to you a little later.------------------

Pang, I sent the BMP. sorry about the fact that it only has one gauge. Ms combatflight sim adds its own gauges. I hope that can help in some way.IP: Logged |

Yeah, that's certainly a start. The canopy looks more like an F86, but heck - it's better than what I have.Thanks, and keep em coming if you have 'em.

Pang, have you ever played SWOTL? (secret weapons of the luftwaffe) That game is very old but has a P-80 and the cockpit of that P-80 is almost identical (considering that the game is 10 years old!) to the one I sent ya. So its a pretty good match.IP: Logged |

No but there are some hard-core guys here who have mentioned it. The photo that Raider sent is great! Between the two of these, and if anyone else comes up with anything else, I'll get a dandy cockpit for the 'Star.Course I have to come up with a way to do turbine temp but what the heck.
