Hi all,

I have started flying the contest planes with the thought of "judging" them for the contest.
One thing crossed my mind, I would be inclined to choose a plane close to my hart not necessarily the best in this or that category, I don't know enough about the arcana of the 3D art and the aerodynamics. There must be many of people like me. Some would not give a WWI bird a second glance , others won't cast their eye on a 'commie' crate no matter how good it is

So, I thought, how about the wonderful creators of all contest aircraft having a separete vote amongst themselves. This way we would have the real experts being the judges. I know that there is more of very knowlegable people besides the contest participants but there must be a way of limiting the numbers of the judging panel .

Let them pick the primus inter pares...

Crawling back into his hole...

Poniat, I know what you mean. But these planes were created for everybody. I think everybody should be able to vote.

I know some will vote for their favorite plane and some for their friends, but the spirte of the contest is for all to enjoy and have fun. I sure have.

There will be no losers in this contest. I have had a blast flying all the wonderful planes already.

Oh, no, you got me wrong Raider

I said: a separate vote!

Just to give us a bit more fun (as if it was possible with all that fun we are already having)

I wouldn't dream of proposing taking away anybodys right to vote or to bear arms (with the exception of concealed weapon of course) .

By the way are guns, say MGs on a MkI Spit a concealed weapon?

You mean like, have all the people who made these planes, vote for the best one? But just as kinda a side vote not counting for anything?

I think this would be pretty cool!

Yup,
That's what I mean, and if the winner ever ventures into these parts (eastern Poland) there is two, what the hell, I'll make it three crates of beer in it for him (her? you never now with those nicks on the net )
Any participants, a crate of beer, but please don't come along all at once!

Actually, I should offer you jerrycans of vodka (local currency around here) but I hate the stuff and have my breakfast cereal with milk, call me an excentric)

Sorta like picking "Miss Congeniality?"

Sounds fun, but "secret ballot" until after the main vote, I reckon...
