Just picked up FS and surfing these FS sites.
It looks like you can add more planes to the
game so I was wondering if anyone has made a
CF-105 Avro Arrow for the game (OK, I know it
isn't a WWII plane, but I'de still love
to 'fly' one). If I can scare up a 3D CAD
file of some type, is there a tool I can use
to convert it to a game plane, or some kind
soul who would take on the project?IP: Logged |

Firstly... Welcome aboard Gunstar.. you got here at the best possible time for a user.. there been so much added over the last couple of months you'll be amazed! Things you might have, but really need right now are: Official Patch 1.5, Plane pack 5.3 with patch a and everything after thats a bonus.. and a big bonus! All these new aircraft just added, 3 altered/new terrains.. just browse though and you'll find it all here  Alot of us have site where you can download lots of addons and the essentials, so just look for our links at the bottom of our messages here and you'll find lots of great stuff! Again, welcome aboard

Spanky here.. AH the CF105. I played around with making a basic one in Ac3d and i had something kinda cool but really crude. Thats a long way from being in the game though.
I really want this plane also. Just of the fun of it. Even if it could cover the whole map in a crazy short time. It deserves to be rendered in a game besides the ugly FS98 versions. Someday it will happen but its not soon I would guess. I don't think alot of The world besides Canada knows much about it. IP: Logged | |
