Slightly off theme:

I noticed the "cockpit" folder in my /aircraft folder the other day. Maybe its been there and I never noticed. What does it belong to?

My guess would be one of the Spitfires, but I can't say for sure. The "real" cockpit folder is submerged in one of the .par files, but when you build a new plane, you sometimes need to add in an "override" folder to get your added files recognized.

Look in the cockpit folder and see what's in it. Could be anything from Russian guages to Japanese window reflections at this point

Not to mention that I don't have the F-14, Huey, or a couple other betas installed.
And who knows what's lurking on harddrives out there?
As for the SBD5, well it pays to be down wit OPP
An alpha is posted on the OPP forum. It still needs some help, but it's looking pretty good.

The cockpit folder just has all of the generic and country specific guage textures and gunsights etc etc

Thanks Bryan. With so many new folders, install screw-ups, and folders replaced by planepak par files, I don't know what I'm supposed to have anymore; so I question anything that looks out of place.

What's the Soviet Arm and sickle ???

Heh. This is kinda OT.

The games are, in this order,:

GLQuake, Quake II, Jedi Knight, Unreal, Half-Life, Starsiege: Tribes, Warcraft II, Command and Conquer, C&C: Red Alert, Age of Empires, Starcraft, Diablo, Fighter Squadron (duh), Jagged Alliance 2, and Magic: The Gathering for the PC
Got Fallout and Fallout 2 installed but haven't played 'em recently. Beat 'em a couple times and that's it. That's why we have SDOE

Yup I'm a gamer pure and simple.
Only ones I seem to play any more is FS, JA2, and Half-Life.
I have a bunch of older games too... why, I have the 5.25" install disks for the SWOTL german planes, right here. Too bad I don't have a 5.25" drive, heh.
