as always when several people have been involved there is a little bit of confusion
(hehehe)

Thanks gterl, that should help alot on the missmatches in the game hopefully.


One question though, should I delete the game then reinstall it fresh with the 5.3 patch because of all the junk I installed and uninstalled?

well the best thing you could do is...guess what?? YES start from zero (0), that means:
1. re-install from cd
2. add pp5.3
3. add pp5.3a (the lanc-fix is in this patch!)
4. have fun ;-)

...and well of course afterwards you cann always add somme personal skins (../media/aircraft//textures/

they secondary lanc fix is causeing the problems.. 5.3a has the offical Lanc fix in it. if you added that othe lanc fix then you will get mismatch cuase it's not the sandard that was released with the patch.

The 5.3a Lanc causes crashes to desktop when under AI control..
