I've been gone for awhile from the form but got on today and downloaded the Corsair and tested the flight model. I was impressed Just wanted to know if theres going to be a cock pit reflection patch comming out, and 1 little problem i found too. I took her for a dive and tore off the wings but i still landed her using rudder control! and lived! hehe it was funny to see and do. I know I'm not that great of a pilot! looks great though, wonderfull work!------------------

I think that at the moment the wings come off to early, this baby had a top speed of over 415 mph, so I don't think it should be losing it's wings untill maybe 450+ mph. There was a point made about the wing shape, which may be a valid one lookin at pics I have of it, the "dip in the wing was downwards from the fuse, but the wing only then came back up slightly.. but damn, what are we here!! lol, it's a damn fine representation of the original IP: Logged |

The new version will retain its wings until about 550-600 mph, depending on altitude. I think it will still fly with both outer wings missing, but they've been strengthened so that now the tail will normally come off first--and it definitely won't fly without the tail I can't fly it with one wing blown off either, but maybe some of you guys can... At least it can now be landed on the runway (most of the time) and taken off from the runway (some of the time) but will still scare you (all of the time). Which seems a good representation of the original to me ------------------ --jedi-- IP: Logged | |
