Spanky here.. Yep still using the 1.5 patch although some people were trying the beta patch. Not quite sure where the 5.3 pack is and you need the 5.3A patch.
One last thing don't follow the instructions in the A patch that say install to FS folder. Install to media folder if i remember correctly. Alot of people got all messed up because of that.

I DL the 5.3 some time ago and recently added the 5.3a patch. But I get mis-match messages online, caused (I'm told) by my original version of 5.3 being too old. I need the very latest 5.3a pack, if there is one. I've spent hours looking but can't find anything other than the old one at the Hangar. That's also where I got the 5.3a patch (777Kb in size) but that combo doesn't work online.

Siggi,make sure yuou have deleted data13.par and data14.par (they relate to PP5.2). The patch only updates a couple of planes so I would surprised if this is causing a wholesale mismatch. ------------------

Siggi,I got patch that came out the original day.The first one ( I'm showing it at 778kb)
And it works fine. Need to delete par files 14 and 15 and ensure its installed correctly as it doesn't unpack the correct way,like mentioned above. I got mine off Razer's original post the day it was released if that helps. I get no mismatch errors less it be the other guys fault Rattler IP: Logged |

I tried all that guys, in multiple combinations. I even reinstalled the whole game and re-applied all the patches, in the right folders, sans 14 & 15. Still nada online. That's why the final conclusion was the need for the latest version of 5.3 plus the a patch.IP: Logged |

Siggi, what is the filename of the 5.3 zip (or exe) file you have? I have a feeling you've maybe got the wrong (pre-release) version of 5.3I have the zip version which is called "planepack5_3.zip" showing 12,322Kb. Just a thought. ------------------
