Could anyone please make 92 RAF squad for me, as I dunno how to do it? I'm including Robert Stanford-Tuck as a pilot in my BoB campaign, and he was the CO of 92. I started working on the campaign today after a long break. I've finished nine missions, and I plan to have about 20-25. There will be a lot of bomb-raid interceptions, as this was what happened in real life.

You can do it yourself, its really easy.
O.K.... first download one of the squadrons already available. If you look around you should find that Wild Sau squadron or if you have the He-100d it comes with a squadron attached.

In your media section you'll see a squadron folder(if you don't, make one you'll need it)open it. Under the respective countries you'll find a .ppf file
ex. media>squadrons>Germany>squad100

Go to half screen and pull up notepad from your computer programs.

Now click once on the squad ppf then copy and paste.

You should see a copy of your squad ppf. rename it squad92.ppf

Now pull your squad file into notepad. Now just edit your squadron# and country and any squadron info you want. When you close notepad it saves automatically

Any artwork will go here
media>gui>art>squadrons>Great Britain

you'll have to make a folder-- squadron#92

Your squadron patch and picture go here.
patch-- Insignia
picture-- Squadron

Make sure these are bmp files. if you have photoshop its easy.

You should be done. Go fly.
I made VMF-214 the Blacksheep last night to fly the Corsair. I if you have a problem E-me

Hiya semmern,

Lector has made a 92 Squad some time ago for the European Air Force. You can get it here...

And cool idea to play the BoB campaign with R.S. Tuck! I've just read his biography "Fly for your Life". Very very nice book. And by the way, I was just creating a Spit MkI Tuck skin and it's almost ready. I'll post it tonight...

Cya,

Ash

To extract the squad*.ppf files, use the Unbig utility on data3.par. I'm in the process of adding squadrons right now, the hardest thing is gathering an insignae, a good pic and if possible some historical details. The rest is easy.
