Seriously though, I can't believe its been a year already! I remember chomping at the bit to get off work and go get my reserved copy from the store like it was yesterday... and a year later (2 processors, a hard drive, a vid card and a monitor later) I still fire it up almost everyday! No game since the original Zork series (on my Atari 800 no less) has held my interest as well!

To Parsoft/Inertia/whatever your name is this week - Thank-you! I've gotten more enjoyment out of your work than I would ever have imagined possible. I've got to say it is one of the best $50 I've ever spent!

I can remember the day I got it too. I also remember going to EB day after day waiting for it know it would come soon.

I recall picking up on the first day it was released at about 11 AM. I'm almost sure it was a Friday. The oldest file I have is dated for SDOE is 3/4/99, but 3/5/99 was the Friday.

Best game I have ever played. It has saved me a ton of money. I don't have time to play/buy other games.

In hindsight ... I't pretty damn amazing what has been accomplished in this year ...

... Now think what will be accomplished this time "next" year!
