I'm working on an Pacific Ocean terrain skin but, I don't have a flat "model" for
it to sit on...I remember hearing back a few months ago someone was working on it and
didn't finish it. I'm sure you Openplane
guys may see this as the easiest of easy
models to make but, I just don't have the time to learn it! I've got the 5120x5120
skin done all it needs is a NON-LANDABLE
place to sit on. So when you get shot out
of the sky you splash not land! Any help
please email me.

I'm pretty much in the same boat as you. I have a good super tiff completed too, but the big problem is turning the big 3D square (can be made in 2 min in AC3D) into a map. You haveto specify stuff like the water property, border winds, etc, then you haveto place all the SM's on the map..... and so on

Unfortunately all my resources are going into the dauntless, so I haven't workind on it for a while.

good luck though! Keep us updated.

Well I'm glad to see we're in the same boat! Perhaps I'll just redo the Africa to Pacific that I intended to.
