For those of you visitng the BCATP as of a few seconds ago, you will notice the snazzy new banner on the main page. There isn't a convenient place to put credits on the page, so I'd like to publicly thank Zoycite for taking the time to do a favour for me when he would have been perfectly justified in saying his time is needed on the many other projects he is working on. Zoy's a great guy, and in my opinion is a shining example of the kind of camaraderie and mutually supportive attitude we've built up around here, and I think that sometimes we need to acknowledge that. Thanks again Zoy for adding some polish to the BCATP's front door!Werner  ------------------

sorry Werner, just buttin in here, you were asking about the problems with Xoom, well I've found out what it is.. this is copied from the help they sent me....What are the file size limits for uploading/downloading files via FTP? The current limits for individual file transfers via FTP are as follows: Upload = 11MB total file size per file
Download = 250kb total file size per file **Note** These limits apply only to files that you are transferring via FTP -- Files larger than 250kb may still be downloaded from the web browser. so if I want to post it I'll have to put it there in 2 parts, I have a file spliter so I guess I'll have to do that. sorry aint visited the link tonight, just been to busy trying to sort out this problem, but I totally agree with you on your comments about Zoy... and they hold true of a great many other here, I'm glad I found the board, and gotten to "get to know" you guys, you never fail to amaze me, if it's with models, sjins, or just the comments, tips etc, you're all great IP: Logged |

Gotta add my .02 here as my conscience won't let me do otherwise Zoy is probably reading all this now and when he tries to leave the room, his big head won't fit through the door - but he deserves every word of it. I've lost count of how many times I've asked for a new skin for a plane, or given him a request, and within a week or so, I have exactly what I was looking for sitting in my e-mail! He took what little information I had gave him on the Soviet Union for the Nations project- and has done a stellar job in putting it together- wait until you guys see it! I joked with him last week that I was naming my firstborn after him...LOL. May he never get bored of making skins and new planes (his Fokker is quite a plane- and I can't wait to see his Spad XIII...maybe he'll let me test it *wink wink*).
