Last night I bailed from my one-winged 262. The parachute opened apex down, below me, and we continued to fall at a few hundred miles. Eventually we passed through the ground and continued "falling" until the plane itself crashed and everything sorta reset.

Any way to fix this one?

I've got quite a small problem with my British and American pilots in PP 5.3:
They aren't there. What can be wrong?
