Hmmmm I still am wondering why there's only 1 person. I was flying this awile ago and I have to say good job pete! am I the only one that is haveing problems flying it with its wings sweped?------------------

Pete,
I think you can get away with a bit more roundness in the canopy frame. If you're really worried about frame rate, you can set it up so the rounded frame only appears when you're like 1 foot away or in the cockpit. IP: Logged |

The F-14 is awesome Pete...I Dl'ed it Friday and love it.
I can't wait to fly a version with functional swing wing and the cockpit.. ------------------

I posted to Pete the same day he released the F14, so he knows about the problem with the swept wings, and I know he's trying to fix it, can't say how it's going though, but what a wicked fly.. tat thing handles so well it's unreal.. itnfact, it's like VR.. lol------------------

JT, I hear ya. I was looking at that frame too and the word "unacceptable" came to mind 
I'll make it nice and round. In fact, this will blow your mind but for all the parts I've installed on the Tomcat I've set the LOD switchin distance to 299000000!! That's pretty far! So this is certainly killing the framerate. I'll get this all fixed and toned down so it'll run much better. I just like seeing the high detail stuff, BUT if it's far away you can't tell anyhow.
