When I registered (dec 99) to the messageboard there where 120 users or so registered. Now there are about 240. So if every 4th decides to make a plane or whatever for SDOE there would be 60 new planes or vehicles or maps in 1 or 2 (or 3) months (wowie ).

So if you new to our comunity - try to make some new stuff - a simple non-moving vehicle or building or even a full functional plane. Dont mind the problems and trouble - alot of people in here will help you !

I´m glad to buy a SDOE for 40$ (now 12$ ?) and in some months I can fly german and british and american and japanese and italian and russian and... aircraft in many scenarios.

I agree completely.. barring one thing.. I've always been a whiz at anything I've tried on the PC, and yes, I have 3D Studio Max, but no, I haven't got the first clue about building any kind of modle for SDOE, I'd love to, but the number of times I've opend the prog up, just to make something simple, and given up after an hour of making nothing like looks like anything are too many to mention. I kinda imagine that explaining how to build a vehicle/aircraft for SDOE is no simple thing, but if anyone has any "easy" pointers, I'm willin to listen

Hey, Nat, don't worry. We all are diffent skills, and no one's best in all. I suck totally at 3D modeling and painting, but I believe I do fairly well at damage modeling and finding out new things to do with the limided freedon that OpenPlane offers. Some are good at other things. You don't have to be an ace in all aspects of this game. If in one, you're far better of than most.
