I just read through the OP Doc file, hoping to find info on adding new sounds, for new actions/animations and so on. The big one in my case is going from about 95% power engine sound to a 96%-100% full afterburner sound. Going back in time, A-10 Cuba! could do this and it's basically what I'm trying to do now.Is there a possibility of adding this capabilty to the games engine Michael? Or if it can be done now, how would I go about doing it? Thanks IP: Logged |

I would like to see the abilty to set custom sounds for:1. DOFs. We could make new gear noises, canopy open/close, or even make wings creek when they bend! 2. OnDmg events - with support for sound loops. This way, when a certain part is damaged it would start a new sound - lets say like fabric fluttering in the air - also tying any sound volume to airspeed would kick ass! 3. OnDetach events. This way when wood breaks - a crack! When glass breaks, a pop! Fabric - a rip? Heheh... 4. Throttle range sound switch-ins could point to seperate engine sounds at different rpms. Just day dreaming here ------------------ -Sv =FC= WWI in SDOE! IP: Logged |

Be nice to hear the sound of the prop-tips going supersonic in a high speed dive. ------------------ Taking it easy on the machine for a while. IP: Logged |
