I've just been trying to help a newbie over on the Combat Sim forum complaining that all the PP5.2 links were out. I've checkecd out all those that I am aware of (FS-Hangar, Lector's site and Tailslide's mirrors) and can't get it. We're not going to encourage any new players if the essential online file is not avaialable for download. If I can't find it how can a new player be extected to?------------------

I spent ages finding PlanePack as a new user. Not a happy chappy. I'm OK now Ive found this excellent site. I have got the impression from browsing round that FS is about to die. Most of the URL's to fan sites are gone.IP: Logged |

I'm forever trying to add my site into search engines, so far I've only been able to get through the process with Yahoo.. but even now, 3 weeks later, it don't show up on searches... but no, SDOE ain anywhere near dying.. take a look around the message board, it's the most advanced sim out, and the guys here have made it that!------------------

Last I knew - a day or so back - PP 5.2 could still be gotten also at www.esox.net/fc , downloads. Also Rhineland Winter.Unfortunately I just checked it and apparently there are some server problems.  But when the site is working, it works..hehehe!
