There would be some radical changes, oh yes. WILL be.
We'll put this place on a war footing...enemy sims loom large on the horizon.
I'll want medals, and lots of them too. A uniform, of course, and my own office with a good view. Luncheon vouchers.
I'll be fair but firm, and you'll all love me for it. Or else. My hand will be securely on the whip-handle at all times, I'll stand for no malarkey or back-chat.
But rewards will come as easily as penalties, for those who TOE THE PARTY LINE! I'm sure you all know which side your bread's buttered on.
